Hey!!!! My local library just got the Compiled Service Records on microfilm for Louisiana Confederate Soldiers. The film is of poor quality, but I can verify unit and rank on soldiers. I also have very limited access to the Confederate Service Records for Louisiana soldiers housed at the Jackson Barrack Military Library.
