Also would like an index search of any court --civil, criminal, bankruptcy, etc-- as well as deeds... I live in the Wilmington NC area and can access the Raleigh archives in January. Occasionally get to Washington DC where I visit the Archives and DAR Library.     2. I've got the Albuquerque Baptisms (1706-1850) for anyone who needs a lookup. This book also contains baptism records for many of the surrounding areas in New Mexico, and not just Albuquerque. Along with this, I personally research the GURULE surname, and have thousands of records (most census, baptism, marriage, and other source records).     3. Hey!!!! My local library just got the Compiled Service Records on microfilm for Louisiana Confederate Soldiers. The film is of poor quality, but I can verify unit and rank on soldiers. I also have very limited access to the Confederate Service Records for Louisiana soldiers housed at the Jackson Barrack Military Library. His father was Benjamin F. BLACKMON of Leake County who died during the War Between the States. He had at least one child, Manerva E BLACKMON (b. 18 Oct 1881) who married Kent GILLIAM.
