A couple years ago, the prices were increased and at that time the proposal was that for the new higher cost, one would get the entire file instead of "selected" material (i.e., the pages the clerks decided were pertinent to genealogy). I do recall that the original proposal wasn't totally adopted, but raise the issue in hopes that someone with a sharper memory than mine can confirm or refute my recollections.
