There's no trouble finding there right office. Do a Google search for "Clermont County Clerk." The first hit is the one needed. Click on the link to "Court of Common Pleas" in the menu at the top. Scroll down to the link for "Domestic Relations." Address and hours and duties (including maintaining case files for divorces) given and there is a link for phone numbers.
