Yeah... and since the first letter is critical in soundex lookup, I subsequently went through checking of Fieber, Kieber, and Rieber (assuming a misread B in transcription: lose the middle bar give D, lose the curves and bottom for F, top and bottom for K, and bottom for R)... Fortunately (?) I didn't find anymore oddities.
