If I remember rightly, I had to download a patch from the FTM site when I did the installations. I've never upgraded because I like the "everyone in the database" tree which I'm told they've removed. Your best bet is probably to take a look at the specs of the FTM website - it should tell you what's compatible - and supply a patch if you need one.
