    3. Hello, I have recently joined the Haralson County Historical Society, Buchanan, GA. I have been working some in the old county records room in the old courthouse. If someone needs something looked up I'd be happy to give it a shot. The records I recall seeing seem to be from the 1950's back. Many have been cataloged a few years ago by some visiting missionaries from LDS. I do have a couple of questions. In organizing the records, is there a recommended system or format? And as to the reference books, are they done by the Dewey Decimal System? I found that some are marked 11.1 ( Civil War) ? Also, the Historical Society has compiled a Haralson County Cemetery Index book. It will be going to the printers soon. Would anyone be interested in a copy when they are published? I am guessing that the cost will be in the neighborhood of $30 - $40 plus shipping.
