Somewhere on one of the menus (sorry, the camera's at work and I'm not) there's a mode feature that brings up a couple of little clocks at the bottom of the screen. The symbol on the left is instant, then there's a clock with a 2 and one with a 10 - these are 2 and 10 second delays, choose them with the arrow keys.
