I am coming into this discussion a little late; but, just wanted to say I have dealt with Ancestry.com a number of times over the past 7 years and have never had a problem. As a matter of fact, I just finished a month subscription with them, I knew up front that if I did not contact them before the month was over, I would automatically be charged for the next month's subscription.
