Serji, take a look at GED2WWW, GEDPage, GED2HTML. They all need a GEDCOM file as the source of information. You can filter modern dates with GEDLiving. You can use Google to search for the home pages of each of the above. They each offer a different presentation, you'll have to chose the one you like best. There are others that I have never used.
