    3. If viewer 2 is working on your computer with XP there should be no problems. From what I have heard (I don't have a copy of XP to try myself) some users suffer from problems using Viewer 2 & 3 with XP, yet others claim it runs perfectly. That suggests to me that the problems depends not only on the viewer & operating system but also the hardware used, possibly allocation of memory or even graphics card. I have never had any problems running any of the viewers on various computers even when networked together. Whenever I change any setting I make a note of the original setting first so that if my attempt fails I can change everything back to how it started.     3. Thanks Guy. Appreciate the reply. I have a colleague who is also using Viewer 2 on both desktop and laptop PC's (same OS - 2000) and he has it working on the desktop PC but not the laptop. Curious. As you say it may be something to do with the hardware configuration.
