I also use Cyndi's list a lot, Rootsweb, GenWeb, etc. As was mentioned, the site is mostly useful to those whose research is primarily in the USA since their foreign databases are nearly nonexistent. I pay the extra for the US Census images which have helped me tremendously. I was lucky enough to find one page where ancestors were not only listed but the census taker, whose affirmation was on the same page, was my g-g-grandfather. Whether it would be worth it for you, I don't know. Maybe you could try the trial version (which won't include the census images) to get a feel for it. Just be very sure to cancel before the trial period is up if you decide you don't think it's worth it. Gabrielle David in Ajo, Arizona
