    3. Certainly not Birmingham announced they were going to sell Viewer 4 as a seperate item last year (October). It was available from the Preston centre in September/October when the Preston FHS fair was held as I called there after the fair and purchased a copy. I have noticed occassionally helpers at Birmingham are not fully up to speed with the latest releases, possibly they are helping out from other departments.     3. At risk of repeating myself Birmingham do not have Viewer 4. They had expected to receive it by now but so far it has not turned up. This is checked as of a few minutes ago.
