    3. I upgraded my FTM to version 9. I noticed that bit about "have to contact technical support for instructions...", but I never did since the button that always gave me access to the CD still worked after the upgrade. Actually, reading CDs is the main thing I use FTM for - my genealogy data still resides in another program, although I convert it to GEDCOM and import it into FTM in order to get nice printouts.
