I wonder what the cutoff date is for the data, I wasn't able to find someone that I know died in December of 2001 and is in the RootsWeb SS DI. The other thing I noticed was that you can only download 50 names at a time, but of course that's better than in HTML columns format from the RootsWeb SS DI.
