This should be obvious but apparently it is not. The dead do not have the rights of the living. Once you've gone to your reward, you can no longer vote, marry, adopt, be libeled, buy or sell property, etc. And you don't have to pay taxes! (Your heirs do.) The same is true for being able to control the use of your name. When you are living, you have certain privacy rights. These cease when you die.
