The only 1624 list I'm aware of is the muster, and it didn't list "all the inhabitants"-- it listed those Free, English, males of a certain age group, and counted heads otherwise. I'd dearly love to see a complete list, because there are families I know were there who had no men in the age-group and so weren't counted. (see para 1, for instance.) Cheryl
