    3. Hi, Pat, LA has Parishes. Thanks for the reply. I've been recording the County as is shown in the CCF201 data base by the USGS. Somewhere, years ago, I read you should enter something else, but I can't remember what that was so thought I'd ask again. I guess every city/township/village is within the boundaries of some county, and there's no denying that, I even quoted that in the little bit on Fairfax. My original message was *wrong* when I said, "...not within a County." Should have said, "...not under the jurisdiction of a county." So, where are vitals stored/filed? Probably in the county seat of said county; and that's what we are interested in.
