I have an ancestor surnamed Panduro, who was a Spanish soldier stationed in Denmark almost 200 years ago. He ended up staying there and raising a family. Panduro is an uncommon name even in his native Spain, so I surmised that all Danish Panduros are very likely related to me. Simply typing "Panduro" into Yahoo revealed many Panduros now living in Denmark, and I was able to contact some through email. Sure enough, they are distant cousins! -- Chris
