I am interested in people's opinions of Clooz. It seems like a good idea but am unsure if I would get alot of use out of it. Has anyone successfully integrated it into their research? Are there other programs with similar functionality? I like to be an informed consumer before spending money and I have found word of mouth is the best way to learn about a new program. Thanks Beth Remove NOSPAM from my email address before replying directly to me.

You know, it's _interesting_ that the only thing I ever see about this product, is people who I've never noticed before mentioning it and asking about it. > I like to be an informed consumer before spending money and I have found > word of mouth is the best way to learn about a new program. A visit to google might be informative, but I'm not sure in which way it would be so; all you'll find are questions which are very very very much like the one you're asking.
I am an amateur genealogist. I bought this program a couple of years ago and tried it out. At that time it was difficult to use, not intuitive at all and the manual was impossible. Maybe things have improved since then. As an amateur it wasn't worth my time to figure it out. Dick Eastman wrote a review of Clooz located here: www.ancestry.com/library/view/columns/eastman/2029.asp#2. It is available in a standalone and Access 97 version through the Ancestry and Legacy websites. Hope this is of some use. Doug
