I will have to go down with a certified copy of his death certificate (and my bc) to find out his pre-adoption birth record. I was told by someone at the library through email correspondence there was one male and given a name. But that was barkig up the wrong tree. A nice member from ancestry contacted me and I found out there were 2 males but one was restricted. He must be the restricted one because of his adoption. He did appear in the 1940 census with my grandparents. He was a lodger at 3 months old. LOL Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
