In fact, it appears that nobody at that, nor neighboring addresses, was. Did you happen to notice John Ryan and wife Clara at the same Columbus Ave address in 1940? A couple of lines below Frank... It would seem that something happened 1922/1923. Some directories list deaths in a separate section, but I did not find one in 1923 Boston, although looking online is not always easy.
