I apologize for the very long delay. I am still working the history of my mother's family. She is interested in what happened to her grandmother. I have just posted a few pictures of the LaMountain family and a couple from the Collette family. My mother, Constance LaMountain Dargis is still doing well. She turned 86 on May 1, 2011. As I come across facts I call her and she confirms the information that I give her. It's pretty awesome that she's still very very sharp and forthcoming on her past. I am saving everything, including any pictures that I come across or are passed along. Please, if you have any pictures of my Aunt Elsie LaMountain Tedord, or any information regarding her child or children, I would greatly appreciate it. None of my siblings ever met her. I know very little about her other than she was raised by her grandparents. Mom said her mom was pregnant with Elsie when they took the kids away from my grandmother. That's all I know. I will be more diligent in looking at posts in the future. I look forward to any information that you can provide. Some day I hope to meet cousins. I remember one such visit from the Gilberts in a motor home. They traveled all the way from Californina during the summer. Can't remember the year, but I was between 10 and 14. Was that you that visited? I look forward to hearing from you. I can help you fill in some holes in our tree.
