He is George William Harbord Bartlett born May 26 1823 Westminster Middlesex England Parents were George Bartlett born 1799 Hampshire died 1840 London. He was in the Army. Mother Sophia Bartlett died 1862 London. I have found a Naturalisation record for him B634 Bartlett George William Hubert..(he has changed Harbord for Hubert) Address Salem Cert. No 1-74 Title and location of court.. Police CT Salem Mass. Country of Birth ..England When born May 26 1823 Date of Naturalisation 2nd Mon. Mar.1849 After this I can find nothing..
