I have 2 of them and you would think Davis would be fairly easy especially when I have his birth and death dates and what cemetery he is buried in. In hopes to go to Nova Scotia this year!! the other is my Porter no one in the family way back even know where old John came from. We do know he ended up a Loyalist and drown in the St. John river in New Brunswick. At least I have his child and on up to my Mum. We think that Johann C. Fuchs drown him as they were going upriver as she married the widow before her baby was born and then tried to get his land but was denied as he was no relative. When he got to NB he went by the name of John C. Fox. I even looked into my Hants co., books for Boudreau, but in my NB book I just looked up Boudreau and this is what I found. Joseph Athenase Sr. Little Nepisquit, Parish of Beresford, Gloucester. co. Intestate. Administration granted 11 April 1832 to Isaiah Boudreau and the widow Isabel Boudreau. then it goes on to name bondsmen.
