My mother was Norma Agnes Perry (she passed away on March 3 this year). Her mother was Melvina Elizabeth Dearing. My grandmother (mother's mother) was married to Napoleon Perry and had my mother, my uncle Bill, and my aunt Marion. Grandma later married Mr. Dearing and had aunt Barbara, aunt Betty, aunt Alice, aunt Emma, aunt June, aunt Flo, uncle Frank, uncle Joe, and uncle Clark. She was married to Clark King Dearning, had a son Clark King Dearing, and her son also had a child named Clark King Dearing. I have just started researching my mom's (and my dad's) families. I would be researching (for my mom's side) her father, Napoleon Perry, and her mother Melvina Dearing. I believe you are researching Clark Dearing's (my step-grandfather's) side. That may be where I don't have your wife's grandmother listed -- or, I can be missing something. I hope we can help each other.
