According to the 1930 US Census Your James was 39 yeas old and it indicates his age was 31 at the time of his first marriage. That would make his marriage about 1921. Marriage records after 1920 are only available at the MA Registry of Vital Records and the city/ town clerks office where the marriage occurred. There is an index at the MA Archives as well. You will not find that marriage record on the internet. Unfortunately, not all genealogy records are available on the internet.
