They must have known each other - in the 1918's they lived in same area in Cambridge? Do you know what John Clarke did for a living? -- Elliott and Alma Louise Allsopp were married in Cambridge on Oct 19 1913... I could find a record of only one child born prior to 1916.. (MA records only available until 1915 online) ---That child was Maggie Iola Moore born on June 4 1914. At that time of her birth the family resided on 161 West St, Lynn. https://familysearch.org/pal:/MM9.3.1/TH-267-11692-55339-71?cc=1536925&wc=11695209 ---Based on marriage date, and info above, I'm guessing that Garfield was born after 1915 and as such was under 3 yrs old at the time of his death. --In 1918 Elliott and his family lived in Cambridge at 11 Pine Street - his WWI Draft Registration says he was working at General Electric in Lynn. --In 1920 Census, Elliott and his family still lived in Cambridge at 11 Pine Street. He was a moulder - Iron Works. ---I looked at the death record for Eileen - she only 2 when she passed away. It says that her family lived at 72 Pleasant Street, Cambridge. She was born in England - so her family was new to the area. --I google mapped the addresses - not that far from each other - under a mile - Central Square general area...so maybe in a park or the store or... As to no stone - not surprising - young families...they had other expenses.. Good luck.. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
