Hello, If anyone is interested in the VARNUM surname in regards to the Lowell area, there is an article in today's "Lowell Sun" which you might like to read: www.lowellsun.com http://www.lowellsun.com/ci_11885945?IADID=Search-www.lowellsun.com-www.lowellsun.com I think I've mentioned before that last year the "Lowell Sun" started publishing a few more articles about "local history" and genealogy. Another thing they started doing was allowing much longer obituaries, and printing them in larger print. So you see many surnames in the paper every week.
