    3. Marita, >Where might I find his will. He was a tanner and left that to two sons. Holman, Mary Lovering, F.A.S.G., Ancestry of Colonel John Harrington Stevens and his wife Frances Helen Miller (Concord, NH: Winifred Lovering Holman, 1948). ...has the will and codicil on pp. 351-353. Her source "Hampshire Probate." I'm more than willing to scan copies of the pages and put them up on-line for one and all, but do not know if her Stevens - Miller is still under copyright. If someone can assure me it isn't, I will. At one time I knew the limits of copyright; however, think in the last few years new legislature has been written. I just don't think anything from 1948 is fair game yet? I think fair game is from like 1930 back??? Please...., one and all do let me know!!! --- Susan sgtwebgen@earthlink.net ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Co-ordinator: USGW New London, CT - http://www.ctgenweb.org/town/ctcnewlondon/ USGW Norwich, CT - http://www.ctgenweb.org/town/ctcnorwich/ USGW Windham, CT - http://www.ctgenweb.org/town/ctcwindham/ USGW Plymouth, MA - http://plymouthcolony.net/plymouth/ ************************************************************************** At 09:11 AM 4/23/2009, Marita Gladson wrote: > > >Thanks to those who answered my query listed below >Now I have another questions.
