Also, Mary Rowley , daughter of Moses and Eliza (Fuller) Rowley, married John Weeks of Falmouth...and my line continues with their 2nd son John.. Henry and Moses Rowley, brothers, came from Barstaple, Devonshire. in 1632, probably in the Charles, of Boston, with Rev. William Hatherly, who was minister of St. John and St. George, Exeter, Eng. Henry came with wife; she died and he married 2nd, October 17, 1633, Anne, widow of Thomas Blossom, and with her took part in forming the first church in Scituate, in 1635; removed to Barnstaple, 1639. His daughter by first marriage, Sarah ( or Hannah), married Jonathan Hatch, of Barnstaple, (born in England, son of Thomas Hatch, of Kent, of good descent, family originally in Devon. Jonathan and Sarah Hatch had Moses, ( so named from having been born on a bed of bulrushes in a temporary cabin, the roof was a whaleboat turned bottom upwards), Thomas, Mary (probably married William Weeks as his 3rd wife ). Samuel, Benjamin. Moses Rowley settled at Chapoquet; he married April 22, 1652, Eliza, daughter of Capt. Dr. Mathew Fuller; removed to Barnstaple 1652. Capt. Dr. Fuller was son of Edward and Anne Fuller and nephew to Dr. Samuel Fuller, who came on the Mayflower, and was the first physician in America.
