Y'all are great ... one brick wall down! After years of searching, I've gotten several e-mails for the posting for Theophile (Teddy) Doucet earlier today. Now I've got an even older brick wall someone might help me with?? I've been searching about 13 years for this one. Looking for the date of death of LAURA HOULE BENOIT, daughter of Amedee Houle and Roseanna Doucet born 18 Mar 1887 in Quebec, and wife of Willie (?William) Benoit They were living in Lawrence, MA in the 1920 census. The birth of the last child was in 1923, and she is NOT in the 1930 census. Piecing that together with a few vague memories from my now-deceased mother, I suspect Laura died some time around 1927. If she's buried with other Houle relatives, then she'd be at Sacred Heart cemetery in Andover. I have no other clues. If I still had relatives in Lawrence who could go to a clerk's office or a cemetery, it would probably be easy. Any help appreciated.
