ARM BROKEN - A man named James SULLIVAN had his arm broken lately at Virginia (Nevada Territory), while working at a shaft. THE ARMLESS HERO - Sergeant Thomas PLUNKETT, the brave standard bearer of the Twenty-first Regiment Massachusetts Volunteers, who lost both arms at the battle of Fredericksburg, arrived at his home in West Boylston (Mass.) lately.
