There have been staffing cuts so it may take awhile. http://www.sec.state.ma.us/arc/ - that's the link for Archives index - click on the middle of the screen 'online databases' next screen click on index to Vital records next screen scroll down and click on search next screen put in the info you want if you leave name fields blank put in town = Charlestown start and end years = 1886-1888 they don't come up. I believe this is where www.familysearch.org got their records from - they would have to get in touch with the Archives and fix - I don't know if they'ld go for that.
