I was looking for information on the3  marriage of Thomas and Elenor LAMBERT.  Thomas was born in 1771 and Elenor in 1783 Massachusetts.  The marriage may have been in Essex County around 1800.  If no information on their marriage, like Elenor's maiden name, how would I go about looking up Massachusetts's marriages at this time period.  They both end up in Penobscott County Maine on the 1850 Census, with their probably grandson Daniel since Daniel was born in 1831.    Thanks in advance,   Susie
