Contact the City/Town Clerk & check. Links to official city/town websites are available through http://www.mass.gov/portal/government-taxes/local/cities-towns/cities-and-towns.html Just from stillbirths I've seen in MA, I've sometimes seen them reported with a birth record, & sometimes with a death record, but I've yet to find an individual stillbirth with both a birth & death record.
