April 13 1911 in New Bedford, MA John's WWI Draft record has him residing in Boston in 1918 and married to Cora John's WWII Draft Registration record he is living in Mansfield, CT. wife just listed as Mrs. J.W. Pennington Rose Popple appears in the 1920 census in Williamantic, Ct with her parents Charles & Sarah listed as a widow but listed as Popple. Sons Lloyd, age 5, and Ernest ,age 3,are listed as Burdick. There is a death record at ancestry.com for a Lloyd F. Burdick b.Nov 9 1886 and d.Aug 27 1918 in Connecticut Cemetery listed as Jordan Cemetery no town listed See a housing directory in Willimantic, Ct in 1919 that lists Rose Burdick widow of Lloyd.
