I agree there are differing ages in years of birth in some of the records but as you also note this is not uncommon in records in this timeframe ~ for all sorts of reasons......   I would also say that "Millie" is likely a "petname" for Amelia? And, probably Henry was Henry John or vice-versa??? Have you tried to locate Cornelius' birth record in Wiltshire, England?
