My info is from the Massachusetts Marriages, 1695-1910 for Margaret Archer Gochie. This indicates that her family name was Archer rather then Archan that I first suspected. it gave her date of birth of 1848 and her parents names Peter Archer and Harriet Robarge. It was in reference to her 2nd marriage to John Merriam on 29 Jan 1900. His date of birth was 1842 and his parents names were Paul Merriam and Katie Root. Location of the marriage was Hinsdale, Berkshire, Massachusetts. Does anyone have any additional information on either families?
