I have discovered that his father was Thomas Dinsmore and was the third settler in Hollis New Hampshire. I believe that he was married to Hannah Whittaker and they are buried in the cemetery in Hollis. I have not been able to conndect Thomas to the John in Ireland that everyone claims is related to the Laird from Scotland.
