The 1947 Boston directory at Ancestry shows them still living there. Unfortunately, the next available is 1961, and nothing obvious. So, the best way to find out where he went is to take a look at the directories in b/w 47 and 61. They are available in a book case at the Boston Public Library. The directories typically indicate to where somebody relocates. You might try posting a request for a lookup at the BPL in the Suffolk County board. You can get the birth record from the Salem city clerk at http://www.salem.com/Pages/SalemMA_Clerk/index, if you are sure that Robert was born in Salem. Angus was living in Manchester when he married in 1910. He is also listed in the 1911 Manchester directory. He is not listed in the 1911 or 1912 Salem directories.
