I went looking for churches that might have records of our families. The Presbyterian churches that I have belonged to have membership, baptism, marriage, and death records. I have even been clerk at some churches responsible for keeping such records. I believe the Mormon church has microfilmed records from many churches. If I missed your family's church I would like to add it to my list. The date gives some idea of when the church might have started keeping records? There may be a few duplications showing parsonage, rectory, chapel, etc. The complete list is on the Mass.
