Her husband was very greedy and wanted all that she had but didn't want to divorce her. Instead he had her committed to Danvers State Mental Hospital where she stayed for about 20 years until she died. He had claim to everything all them years just because he had her committed as insane. Any husband, father or doctor could have any woman committed just by signing a paper. No proof was needed. The list goes on but to keep from boring you I will just give you the examples above. Probably about 60% of the people in mental hospitals were not mental but had a man in there life that had them put there.
