Born about 1911 in Massachusetts according to 1930 Federal census. At that time her mother Clara was remarried to a Joseph Carpenter of Rhode Island. She had a sister Blanche age 17. Census records show mother Clara born in Canada, father in Conn. Priscilla married a Wilson Barlow. They had one daughter that I know of Doris.
