I have an ancestor, William Clark, who may be from Co. Mayo & may be a Crimean War Veteran who received land in Canada as reward for his services. Are there records in Ireland for those veterans or would they be in Britain? Does anyone know if there is a website that may have veterans listed for that conflict? Thanks, Kathleen Lott
