>From The Cork Examiner, 13 August 1861 - ARRIVAL OF THE DUKE OF CAMBRIDGE.--His Royal Highness the Duke of Cambridge, Commander-in-Chief of the Army, arrived on Sunday morning at Kingstown Harbour, by the Munster, accompanied by Major-General Sir Richard Airey, K.C.B., and Sir J. Macdonald, A.D.C. He proceeded by train to Westland-row terminus, where the Lord Lieutenant's carriage was waiting. His Royal Highness drove to the Royal Hospital, where he remained as the guest of General Sir George Brown during the day.
