He was said to be Catholic and she was probably Protestant. They were in Woodson Co KS by 1871 not in IL 1870 or KS 1870 census so apparently in transit. I have asked for help from the Woodson Co KS Hist Soc so far nothing has resulted from my queries either time I have called or e-mailed them. I would like to know who John Hyland married. She may have been an: Urquhart, Dwyer, Shaw, Wallace, Ferguson Would like to know where he was from and her as well. Also who both sets of parents were.
