Actually the last time I went there FamilySearch has very little in the way of non-us census data except for the UK 1881 with the weirdest search engine. Much of what they have (after the often very unreliable 'member submissions') is parish record transcriptions. The more vague your search the better as some of their transcribers were somewhat prone to error.

I've tried just putting in a name with no other information and nothing came up. Parish records would potentially be helpful.
