On my screen, the URLs, as given above, showed the "old" search and the "new search pages, respectively; the "new" search page also showed the "Old Search" option in the righthand corner, as you mention. It appears that YMMV and perhaps it relates to what's stashed in the cache. Or not. ajk

    3. I've already written to Ancestry about the Old Search, about a week ago. I told them the Old Search was much better. I also said if something isn't broken, it doesn't need fixing and sometimes Old is better than New. They said they would forward my input onto the proper department. Sure they will.
