John Smith from Clarendon, Quebec married Eunice Brazier (Braser) in Portage-du-fort, Quebec on Jan 21/1861. I believe they were both Methodist. His birth is unknown. Eunice b July 11/1842. Neither list their parents but Eunice is the d of Francis Brazier and Diana Moore both from Clarendon. John and Eunice had a daughter Lydia Diana b Dec 30/1860. I believe John was native (Indian) because my great Grandmother Lydia was known to be part Indian. I was told it would not be through her mother because the Braziers came from England and the Moores came from New York. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
