Do you know names of parents and of any siblings (their DOB's & where born would help). 1930 census says parents born in TX. Also, do you know what Romalice was called? For example, did he go by "Loyd" or have a nickname? Romalice is a very unique name; not even sure I know how to pronounce it. If his real first name was used on census, it's probably badly misspelled or census enumerator thought he heard a different name & wrote it down wrong. I personally find searching the census in TX to sometimes be difficult because of their penchant for using initials instead of names. If you don't know parent's names, you can send for Romalice's original Social Security Application. Their names should be on the application plus where he was living when he applied.
